Most Outstanding Activity and/or Event using the VFW "Buddy" Poppy to educate their community about the VFW "Buddy" Poppy

Citation and $25 to the one Auxiliary in each of the 10 Program Divisions that hosts the Most Outstanding Activity and/or Event using the "Buddy" Poppy to educate their community about the VFW "Buddy" Poppy.

VFW National Home

Most Outstanding Activity and/or Event to recognize and celebrate the VFW National Home's 100th Birthday.

Citation and $25 to one Auxiliary in each of the 10 Program Divisions that hosts the Most Outstanding Activity and/or Event to recognize and celebrate the VFW National Home's 100th Birthday.

Buddy Poppy

An award will be given to Auxiliary with best promotion of Buddy Poppy/National Home. Submit documentation of your promotion in a two-pocket folder to Department Chairperson. At Department Convention in Wildwood June 2024 awards will be given to the First Place winners in each of the categories for "Buddy Poppy Displays. Deadline is April 15, 2024.

• Best overall promotion of the Buddy Poppy program through distribution activities
• Best overall promotion of Buddy Poppy Education in their local community
• Best overall promotion of the Buddy Poppy message using community outreach and/or involvement

National Home for Children

• Most Outstanding promotion of the VFW National Home for Children through education and publicity
• Best overall promotion of the VFW National Home Life Membership Drive
• Best overall promotion of the VFW National Home for Children Military & Veteran Family Helpline
