Awards for Auxiliaries

Most Outstanding Video Interview with a VFW Auxiliary (longtime active) Member

• Citation to every Auxiliary that submits a 3-5 minute video interview with a legacy Auxiliary member. Entry form and required and available in MALTA Member Resources. Auxiliaries must send the entry form and video interview to their Department Historian & Media Relations Chairman by March 31, 2024.
• Citation and $25 to one (1) Auxiliary in each of the four (4) Conferences that submits the Most Outstanding 3-5 minute video interview with a VFW Auxiliary member. Deadline to National Historian is April 30, 2024.

Outstanding Video Interview with a VFW Auxiliary Legacy Member

• Each Auxiliary that submits an entry form and video interview will receive a citation. Deadline for entries is March 31, 2024. The winning video interview will be announced and awards presented at 2024 Department Convention.

Department President's Official Visit

• Submit a report on Department President Alice Sandman's visit to your District or Auxiliary. This contest is open to Districts and Auxiliaries not in a District. Tell me a story of her visit to your Auxiliary or District. DO NOT SEND MINUTES! This can be mailed in a two-pocket folder or e-mailed.

Outstanding Social Media Page

• Submit a two-pocket folder with screenshots from your Social Media page. This contest is open to Auxiliaries and District Social Media pages. Deadline for submission is April 15, 2024.
